About the Role

We are seeking Data Collection Moderators to support an in-lab research initiative focused on audio data collection for AI development. This role is highly structured and involves facilitating scripted interactions between study participants and moderators in a controlled lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate in-person lab sessions with study participants.
• Record high-quality audio data in accordance with project guidelines.
• Participate in simulated interactions where:
• One moderator assumes the role of an AI system.
• A second moderator intentionally interrupts the interaction in a designated target language.
• Follow predefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency across sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and neutrality during all participant interactions.
• Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and handoff of collected data.

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat tasks consistently.
• Comfort participating in role-play or scripted scenarios.
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled, onsite lab sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
