Data Coordinator - PowerSchool Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator / PowerSchool Coordinator to support the management of our student information systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with PowerSchool and PowerTeacher platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of student data within PowerSchool, PowerTeacher, and related systems.
• Oversee student enrollment, attendance, grades, and demographic information.
• Generate and analyze reports to support school leadership, administrative, and compliance requirements.
• Train and support faculty and staff in the effective use of PowerSchool tools.
• Integrate and maintain connections between PowerSchool and third-party applications or databases.
• Ensure compliance with all student information privacy and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to streamline data workflows and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar data coordination or information systems role.
• Extensive working knowledge of PowerSchool and PowerTeacher.
• Proven experience in student enrollment and information systems management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative staff.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, Access, and/or other data analysis or reporting software.
• Ability to integrate third-party applications and databases (preferred).
• Some knowledge of computer programming (desirable but not essential).
