Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Zoho CRM) to join our Egypt branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, and optimizing data within our Zoho CRM system to enhance decision-making, improve sales and marketing performance, and ensure accurate business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM data accuracy, structure, and integrity.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics within Zoho Analytics / Zoho CRM.
• Track lead sources, campaign performance, and customer conversion rates.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement solutions for better data quality.
• Support management in making data-driven decisions through regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or CRM Specialist (preferably Zoho CRM).
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis methods.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
