We are looking for a
Customer Growth Analyst
to drive Halan’s super app growth across credit, savings, e-commerce, and engagement. You will analyze customer behavior to optimize acquisition, retention, and cross-sell, while building metrics and evaluating ROI to improve LTV, ARPU, and CAC. Strong analytical skills are essential in this high-impact role that directly shapes customer growth at scale.
What you’ll do!

Optimize key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, engagement, funnel conversion) to maximize customer lifetime value and business sustainability.

Interpret and analyze data to deliver actionable user insights, create clear reports, and collaborate with analytics, data science, and product teams to build and implement customer lifetime optimization strategies

Design and execute growth experiments (A/B tests, segmentation, cohort analyses) to validate hypotheses and unlock new acquisition, activation, and retention opportunities

Build automated, actionable growth reporting that surfaces insights on efficiency, funnel performance, and campaign impact, enabling teams to move faster on data-driven decisions

Design and execute customer growth initiatives (campaigns, offers, promotions, loyalty programs, gamification, automated journeys, CVM) to drive engagement and portfolio growth

Develop and apply advanced segmentation strategies to personalize experiences, improve retention, and maximize portfolio performance across cards and financial services

Collaborate with data, product, marketing, and leadership teams to identify business needs and develop customer lifetime optimization strategies
Who you are!

3-5 years of proven experience in an analytical role (preferably in a B2C business domain).

Familiarity with financial services or digital commerce KPIs

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL/Python knowledge is a strong plus

Strong understanding of growth and performance methodologies (A/B testing, cohort analysis, statistical techniques) with hands-on experience in tools such as WebEngage, Mixpanel, and Metabase.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and work with large datasets

Ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to management and C-level teams
