Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Data & CRM Analyst to take ownership of all key data sources — including carrier commissions, customer lifecycle metrics, and CRM insights. You’ll play a critical role in building reporting tools, streamlining data pipelines, and enabling our sales and marketing teams to make better decisions that drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve, synthesize, and present key data in a format that is clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals
- Analyze customer lifecycles, retention trends, and lifetime value
- Build and improve dashboards and reporting systems to support sales and operational performance
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing KPI frameworks
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to guide CRM initiatives
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Pipedrive CRM
- Develop automated workflows and data integrations using Zapier
- Present strategic recommendations to various stakeholders through written and verbal reports
- Apply statistical analysis or machine learning methods (as needed) to improve business processes
Required Skills:
- Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling, etc.)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and how they manage and integrate data
- Experience with Google Data Studio or similar visualization tools
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies
- Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or machine learning models
- Familiarity with telecom industry metrics and KPIs

Pay: Rs225,000.00 - Rs260,000.00 per month
