What would you do? As a Program/Project Management Support, you will manage the program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
What are we looking for? - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management. - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive informed decision-making. - Experience in risk management and developing mitigation strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools, and dashboards. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation. - Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items. - Maintain project calendars, resource schedules, and team communication channels. - Compile and analyze project performance metrics (KPIs, timelines, risks, budgets). - Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and status reports for leadership - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
