We are looking for a talented Analytics & Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data-driven solutions that power marketing, product, and business insights. This role blends technical data engineering expertise with hands-on analytics, enabling organizations to unlock the full value of their data. You’ll be responsible for architecting scalable pipelines, implementing reliable tracking, and delivering high-quality dashboards that inform strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and maintain robust data pipelines across cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
Lead tracking implementations, including server-side tagging, using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Integrate data from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and CRMs for unified performance reporting.
Design and manage event tracking strategies with CDPs (Segment, RudderStack) and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap).
Build automated reporting workflows and create compelling dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Looker.
Partner with marketing, product, and client teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Validate, test, and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across platforms.
Support advanced use cases, including marketing attribution modeling and customer journey analysis.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or marketing technology.
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, and modern tracking frameworks, including server-side tagging.
Experience building and maintaining API integrations for data ingestion.
Skilled in BI and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Looker).
Familiarity with CDPs (Segment, RudderStack) and event-based data models.
Ability to debug JavaScript for tag and event implementations.
Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Python experience for ETL, data processing, or automation.
Exposure to modern ETL/ELT tools (Airbyte, Fivetran).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) for deploying analytics stacks.
Understanding of marketing attribution models and data privacy best practices.
