Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing workflows specifically for financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and staff operations data.

Optimize data integration between financial systems (accounting, payroll, giving tools, CRM) and analytical tools to ensure seamless data flow.

Develop automated data processing solutions that expedite routine financial reporting, financial reconciliations, variance analysis, and operational metrics.

Ensure data quality and consistency across financial and staff operations data sources through validation rules, alerts, data cleansing, and standardization processes.

Implement and leverage organizational data governance initiatives to serve analysts and end users.

Collaborate with organization-level database teams to define data requirements, ensure optimal performance for financial and operational reporting needs, maintain ETL pipelines and ensure data quality.

Build predictive models and flexible forecasting tools for budgeting, revenue projections, and financial planning initiatives.

Develop custom analytics solutions for expense analysis, giving trends, staff cost modeling, and operational efficiency metrics.

Create automated reporting solutions that expedite monthly financial closes, budget variance reporting, and executive dashboards.

Participate in the design and analysis of A/B tests for new programs and strategies.

Support ad-hoc analysis by rapidly engineering data solutions for special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive requests.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Associate or professional google cloud certification preferred
