Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Databricks, PySpark, ETL development, and SQL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. Experience with Azure Cloud , Python , and Power BI is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and processing using Databricks and PySpark .
• Develop efficient and reusable data models , ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure best practices for performance tuning and scalability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment on Azure .
• Collaborate with BI teams to enable meaningful insights through tools such as Power BI .
• Implement and maintain data governance, version control, and automation practices .

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Databricks and PySpark for data engineering and processing.
• Expertise in ETL development and data pipeline orchestration .
• Proficiency in SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Data Factory).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
