We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead data initiatives, manage end-to-end project delivery, and provide technical guidance to the team. The candidate should be strong in Python, AWS, Azure services, and data pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data engineering projects and mentor team members.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and AWS.
- Develop and maintain data models, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions on time.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact , translating client needs into technical specifications and managing expectations
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure and AWS (The candidate needs to be very strong in all these areas)
- Experience in handling teams and owning project delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
