- Design, implement, and govern scalable, secure, and standardized automation solutions across hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Define and maintain enterprise automation frameworks spanning on‑premises and cloud platforms.
- Orchestrate and integrate CI/CD toolchains with infrastructure, cloud platforms, and ITSM systems.
- Enable seamless automation across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Strong expertise in automation architecture, frameworks, and reusable standards.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible (AAP/AWX) and Terraform for infrastructure and configuration automation.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience integrating automation with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Experience implementing telemetry, logging, and monitoring using tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, ELK, or Grafana.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud and infrastructure platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Knowledge of container and platform technologies used in modern DevOps environments.
