Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Extract, transform, and load healthcare data from multiple sources (EHR/EMR systems, billing systems, APIs, etc.).
• Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data models.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and validation across systems.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Collaborate with BI developers, analysts, and software engineers to deliver reliable datasets.
• Support data integration with third-party healthcare systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data security standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of data processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools or scripting (Python, Airflow, SSIS, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs and data integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
