Data Engineer

🚀 Data Engineer (2 Openings) | Healthcare Data | $120K–$150K | SoCal (Hybrid/Onsite)

I’m partnering with a stable, mission-driven organization in the healthcare space that is investing heavily in its data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. We’re hiring two Data Engineers to help build and scale modern data pipelines while supporting critical business insights across the organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both data engineering and analytics , with visibility into high-impact projects and the ability to influence how data is used across the business.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Support and optimize a cloud-based data environment (Microsoft stack)
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Develop and maintain data models for reporting and analytics
• Improve data quality, governance, and accessibility
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to bring new data initiatives into production

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 3–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics
• Strong T-SQL and Python experience (both required)
• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or similar reporting tools
• Exposure to Azure (ADF, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data architecture
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with non-technical teams

💡 Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance (HIPAA a plus)

💰 Compensation & Details:

• Salary range: $120K–$150K base (depending on experience)
• 2 openings – team is actively growing
• Stable, long-term opportunity with strong leadership support
• Hybrid/onsite role in Southern California
