Data Engineer (2+ years | 100k to 200k)

Iyrix Tech is a dynamic technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions in data analytics, software development, and business intelligence. We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our Lahore team and help build robust data pipelines and scalable systems for our growing portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collect, process, and clean structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize and maintain databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring frameworks to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in the design and deployment of data warehouses, data lakes, and big data solutions.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure smooth operations of production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience with SQL, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes for data workflows.
• Prior experience in an onsite collaborative environment.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
