  • Build, maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting environments that track campaign performance, KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Implement and manage event and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) across websites and advertising platforms, including GA4, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
  • Lead the implementation and migration of server-side tracking solutions, including Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) and direct API integrations such as Meta Conversions API (CAPI), to improve data accuracy, attribution and privacy compliance.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, identifying trends, opportunities and performance drivers that inform marketing strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional agency teams to develop reporting visualizations and analytics solutions that clearly communicate campaign impact and client value.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across platforms.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients through reports, dashboards and presentations.
  • Stay current on evolving analytics technologies, digital marketing trends and privacy regulations.
  • Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Fivetran, and Python to centralize marketing and business data in BigQuery.
  • Support advanced attribution and measurement initiatives, including AI-assisted modeling, predictive analytics and machine learning integrations within reporting environments.
Requirements:

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics or business intelligence, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization platforms such as Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing advanced website and marketing tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), including ecommerce, custom event tracking and cross-platform integrations.
  • Experience configuring and managing server-side GTM environments using platforms such as Stape, Freshpaint or Cloudflare Zaraz.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, including writing complex queries, automating workflows and working with APIs for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising APIs, including Meta Conversions API and Google Ads API, for secure first-party data integrations.
  • Experience integrating marketing and CRM data to support closed-loop attribution and performance measurement across platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful business insights.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics, including SEO, paid media, social media and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
