Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company. You will be responsible for developing safety processes and data systems to ensure autonomous vehicles operate safely and comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain data infrastructure to identify safety-relevant interactions and assess AV events.
Develop scalable pipelines and dashboards to monitor performance and safety metrics.
Analyze data to uncover safety trends and opportunities for improved vehicle behavior.
Triage AV events for safety, legal, or regulatory concerns and document findings.
Provide data and analysis to support regulatory reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and 6-8 years of experience in safety-critical systems. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, experience with large datasets, and familiarity with statistics and probability are required. Prior experience with AV safety or system behavior triage is a bonus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday standard business hours

1.5 hour panel interview
