Summary
Collaborate closely with Finance associates to drive data-informed decision-making through Operational Excellence initiatives. Strong expertise in building scalable data transformation workflows and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools. This role focuses on optimizing data pipelines, leveraging modern platforms, and enabling business intelligence through interactive dashboards.
About the Role
Key Requirements:
- Design and optimize ETL workflows for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to connect to multiple data sources, perform advanced transformations, and create interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling capabilities within SAC, using visualizations and narratives to generate key business insights and support strategic decisions.
- Utilize Alteryx Designer & Server / Dataiku to automate data preparation, cleansing, enrichment, and transformation techniques for high-quality datasets.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights beyond static spreadsheets.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries (Oracle, Snowflake) involving multi-table joins and advanced logic for efficient data retrieval and performance tuning.
- Implement robust data models and pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Continuously improve data workflows and reporting processes to enhance reliability, reduce manual effort, and enable real-time decision-making.
- Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to design innovative solutions for complex data challenges.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters in Technology / MBA (university degree required)
- 2-4 years relevant experience in SAC/Power BI(or any other BI tool)/Alteryx/Dataiku
