Data Engineer Intern

Role Description: This is a 3 month paid intern position, if performed very well during the internship period the candidate will be offered a full time position

Key Responsibilities:
Acoustic Auditing: Perform deep-dive listening audits on audio recordings to ensure clarity, tone, and adherence to specific protocols.

Linguistic Analysis: Evaluate audio for nuances in both Hindi and English, ensuring translations are culturally accurate and grammatically correct.

Data & Pattern Analysis: Identify recurring trends or anomalies in audio data. Use these patterns to suggest improvements in processes or automated systems.

Reporting: Create detailed reports on audit findings, grading performance based on predefined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Quality Calibration: Participate in calibration sessions to ensure auditing standards remain consistent across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Language Proficiency: Must be bilingual with high-level proficiency in written and spoken Hindi and English. Ability to understand various accents and dialects is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to synthesize raw audio data into structured feedback and recognize patterns that others might miss.
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data logging and basic trend analysis.
• Focus & Precision: Exceptional "active listening" skills and the ability to maintain high concentration during repetitive tasks.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex linguistic or acoustic errors clearly to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
