Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt
- Lead a team, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews
- Manage onshore-offshore collaboration and delivery timelines
- Handle client interactions, requirements gathering, and solution discussions
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and best practices
- Manage job scheduling and automation using Control-M
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in end-to-end data engineering delivery
- Ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead solution discussions, demos, and architecture reviews.
- Manage client expectations, escalations, and delivery milestones.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DataOps practices.
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
