Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Job Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake Specialist)

Location: Remote (Contract)

Shift: 6 pm to 3 am

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our Snowflake data warehouse and building the data pipelines that power our business analytics. If you are strong in SQL and enjoy optimizing cloud infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models within Snowflake.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like dbt or Airflow.
• Write complex SQL queries to transform raw data into usable tables for analysts.
• Monitor Snowflake performance and manage costs (computing usage).
• Ensure data accuracy and implement security measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong experience specifically with Snowflake (architecture, Snowpipe, Time Travel).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with dbt is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
