B2B Insight Analyst

About the Job

At the ENTERTAINER, we are looking for an Insights Analyst (Analytics) in B2B to be based in Lahore. This is a work-from-home role, and candidates are required to have their own laptop to carry out work-related tasks.

Role Overview

As an Insights Analyst for the B2B Department, you will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and optimize decision-making processes. You will play a key role in leveraging data to uncover insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

As an Insights Analyst you will

  • Collaborate with IT and product/engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for analytical purposes, including supporting data engineering requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, imperatives, constraints, and priorities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy data analytics solutions including data visualization, data source, and data model designs.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance using automation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to provide foresight to local, regional, and global management.
  • Provide BI expertise and ensure high-quality BI outputs.
  • Manage system functionality, dashboards, and reporting deliverables based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data analysis can drive impact.

What You’ll Require

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles managing key stakeholders and leadership expectations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must have access to and be comfortable using your own laptop for work.
