Assistant Manager Finance

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Finance supports the Accounts and Finance Department by managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role ensures the accurate maintenance of financial records, supports audits, and assists in financial planning and budget monitoring in accordance with university policies and regulatory requirements.


Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA (preferred).
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
