Job Description:

FMX Cargo Courier Division is seeking a skilled and analytical Assistant Manager – MIS to manage sales data, generate operational reports, and support management through accurate and timely information systems.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sales reporting, monthly MIS preparation, and operational performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Develop monthly MIS reports for operations and management review.
  • Monitor sales performance, recoveries, and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain and update sales and operational databases.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps.
  • Prepare dashboards and summary reports for senior management.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant MIS / reporting experience (courier or logistics experience preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong command of MS Excel (advanced level)
  • Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to manage large datasets
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
