Job Summary

Assistant Manager Electrical will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous operation of extrusion and injection molding machines. The role ensures equipment reliability, safety compliance, and effective preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee electrical maintenance of extrusion and injection molding machines.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, panels, sensors, heaters, and control systems.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and SOPs.

Supervise technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.

Maintain maintenance records, breakdown logs, and spare parts inventory.

Coordinate with production and vendors for technical support and improvements.

Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems

Experience with heaters, temperature controllers, VFDs, PLC basics

Preventive maintenance planning

Troubleshooting and fault analysis

Team handling and coordination skills
