Data Engineer_ SnT

Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple systems.

Perform exploratory and descriptive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Build automated dashboards and reports for business, leadership, and operational teams.

Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all reporting.

Design intuitive and visually compelling dashboards using tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Qlik.

Apply best practices in UX for visualization, storytelling, and layout.

Build drill-downs, KPIs, and interactive visual elements to enable self-service insights.

Lead reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements to delivery.

Translate business needs into analytical or reporting specifications.

Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication with stakeholders.

Work closely with IT, product, operations, and business teams to align on outcomes.

Communicate complex insights in simple, business-friendly language.

Facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions through data.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

6 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI roles.

Strong proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Sheets).

Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau / Qlik.

Solid understanding of data structures, data modelling, and KPIs.

Experience in managing small or mid-sized analytics/reporting projects.
