Position Title: Data Entry

Location:Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode : WFO

Role Overview :

The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for executing end-to-end data entry and data processing workflows across designated software platforms. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality and timeline standards while maintaining structured and unstructured datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute end-to-end data entry and data processing workflows within designated software systems.
• Import, organize, validate, and maintain structured and unstructured datasets in line with defined SOPs and compliance standards.     
• Perform QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy, eliminate inconsistencies, and maintain data integrity across deliverables.
•  Prepare, update, and manage digital records, reports, and databases with disciplined version-control protocols.
•  Coordinate with cross-functional teams for clarifications, approvals, and dataset updates.  Generate standardized outputs, summaries, or reports as required by internal stakeholders or client projects.
• Escalate workflow bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements to strengthen operational throughput.
• Adhere to project timelines and maintain productivity targets with measurable KPIs.

Required Qualification & Skill :

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 0 to 1 year experience in data entry / data processing will be an added advantage (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially excel, and familiarity with database or data management software.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
