Job Description

• Review and validate customer identification documents written in Arabic and English to ensure authenticity and compliance.
• Perform data entry, data verification, and document analysis.
• Ensure all customer records are complete, accurate.
• Escalate discrepancies or potential frauds identified during document verification.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow internal data protection policies.
• Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
