Data Entry Analyst – Inventory Accuracy

We are hiring a Data Entry Analyst to help keep our inventory data accurate and timely. This role centers on processing work orders and performing cycle counts so production and procurement teams can operate with reliable inventory numbers.

• Solid computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Willingness and ability to learn Fishbowl inventory software, utilize Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with procurement, warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

No prior manufacturing or inventory experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process production data sheets and accurately entering that data it into the inventory system (Fishbowl).
• Maintain clean, up-to-date inventory records
• Perform cycle counts covering the upcoming production week and the following week, as needed.
• Support ingredient procurement by ensuring system data reliability

Work Environment

This position involves a mix of office work at a computer and hands-on time in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour

Schedule: Flexible part-time or full-time options available
