Your role? You're the last line between a product and the customer who's counting on that information to be right.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

Create, organize, and maintain product listings in our proprietary system - SKUs, pricing, weights, measurements, the works - with the kind of accuracy that makes people say, "I've never seen a catalog this clean. How?"

That's the standard. Every product. Every day.

You'll also:

• Balance invoices and handle foreign currency conversion without breaking a sweat
• Inspect incoming products and run quality-control checks
• Organize and audit on-site and warehoused inventory
• Pull products for trade shows, website updates, and other events
• Spot patterns across thousands of data points and flag anything that's off

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Experience in data entry, merchandising, inventory, or a related field is nice. But what we're really looking for is:

A genuine intolerance for sloppiness

• - when something's off in the data, you notice and you fix it
• Proficiency in business math and comfort with numbers, including foreign currency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
• - you can juggle multiple tasks and still hit deadlines
• Curiosity about pipes, cigars, or really any other "deep hobby" world where the minutiae actually matter
• Comfort sitting at a desk for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check
