Part-Time Administrative & Brand Outreach Assistant

Location: Ink Therapy Tattoo Shop – Memphis, TNPosition: Part-Time

Ink Therapy Tattoo Shop is looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer service, and social media communication while helping grow a creative brand.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and business data accurately into our systems.
• Answer and return phone calls professionally.
• Respond to emails, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and consultations.
• Assist with customer scheduling and organization.
• Help increase brand awareness by engaging with potential clients through social media and messaging platforms.
• Research local businesses, events, and partnership opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Maintain organized records and assist with general office tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the Ink Therapy brand.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and social media platforms.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Customer service, administrative, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
