Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions related to fleet needs.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and logistical issues related to fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as fleet operations, sales, and maintenance to ensure effective communication with customers.
• Utilize critical thinking to solve complex customer issues creatively.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service and reduce costs.
• Generate and maintain reports on customer interactions, issue resolutions, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including vehicle information, contacts, and maintenance history.
• Provide educational resources and support to help customers understand their fleet-related needs and options.
