The CRM/SRM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies that enhance relationships with both customers and suppliers. This role ensures that CRM and SRM systems are effectively utilized to drive customer satisfaction, supplier performance, and overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Supervise the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems and tools.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Evaluate supplier risk and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support procurement in negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
- Monitor supplier KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Cross-Functional Duties
- Train and support staff on CRM/SRM systems and best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM/SRM platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in relationship management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM/SRM or related supervisory roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM/SRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Ariba).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Certification in CRM/SRM platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
- OEM supplier experience is a strong advantage.
