Job Description:

We are looking for a Joinery & Decoration Foreman experienced in managing carpentry and interior decoration works, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for carpentry and decoration works.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to ensure design accuracy.
• Manage a team of carpenters, painters, and decorators efficiently.
• Check and ensure all joinery works (doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, wall cladding, etc.) meet quality standards.
• Prepare materials list and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
• Ensure all measurements, fittings, and installations are executed according to drawings.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
• Monitor productivity and report project progress to management.
• Handle finishing details like varnishing, polishing, and paint touch-ups.
• Resolve any site issues or technical challenges quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Joinery or Decoration Foreman in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, carpentry, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read drawings and shop details.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license .

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
