Joinery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all joinery and carpentry works, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and subcontractors for smooth execution of works.
• Review joinery shop drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of joinery installations (doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, etc.).
• Manage materials requisition and ensure optimal use of resources to avoid wastage.
• Ensure all joinery works comply with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise finishing works, including polishing, veneer, laminate, and paint finishes.
• Maintain records of daily site activities, material deliveries, and manpower deployment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, defects, or deviations from approved drawings.
• Support the project manager in preparing progress reports and snag lists.
• Coordinate with the factory or workshop to ensure timely fabrication and delivery to site.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
