Site Foreman – Fit-Out & Décor (2 Years UAE Experience)

We’re looking for a Site Foreman (Fit- Out and Decor Works) to manage and oversee day-to-day site activities related to high-end decor, fit-outs, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all decor-related site activities
• Manage finishing and fit-out works including painting, wall coverings, decorative elements, false ceilings, and other interior details
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Monitor progress, materials, and workforce on-site
• Ensure all work is carried out as per design specs and safety standards
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Report daily site updates to project managers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (interior fit-out or decor works)
• Preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and installation practices
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams on-site
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
