Civil Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the UAE construction sector, with a strong understanding of local regulations, site management, and manpower supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for civil works (earthworks, concreting, blockwork, plastering, etc.)
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor workforce performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates.
• Assist in quality control inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Liaise with procurement or stores to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with at least 2–3 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with UAE municipality and safety regulations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural workforce.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation.
