Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Lead governance, process control, and performance oversight for all property projects.

Oversee procurement, vendor, and contractor management to ensure compliance with standards.

Monitor project risks, cost forecasts, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.

Establish dashboards and reporting tools to track progress, KPIs, and budget adherence.

Ensure consistent alignment between project delivery and Damac’s strategic and operational goals.

Collaborate with development, construction, and finance teams to streamline reporting and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience

12–15 years in real estate development, construction, or capital project management.

Proven experience in governance, procurement, and risk management for large-scale developments.

Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, and performance frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management; Master’s preferred.
