Ducting Supervisor MEP

We are seeking a Ducting Supervisor with significant experience in MEP projects to oversee the installation and maintenance of ducting systems within our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage ducting installation, fabrication, and site activities.
• Lead a team of duct fitters and helpers to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and escalate any issues to management.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/HVAC or relevant field.
• Proven 5–8 years supervisory experience in HVAC/ducting projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage manpower efficiently.
• Familiarity with SMACNA standards and duct fabrication.
