We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the role of Data Logging and Scheduling Loan Closings. This position is crucial in ensuring that loan closing processes are accurately documented and scheduled in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in databases and Microsoft Excel, along with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Maintain accurate records of loan closings through data entry and logging into relevant databases.
- Schedule loan closings by coordinating with clients, lenders, and notaries to ensure all parties are informed.
- Perform data collection and filing to support the loan closing process.
- Assist with order entry and transcription of documents as needed.
- Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence and maintaining organized files.
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with databases is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate data entry.
- Experience with data collection and filing systems will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word.
