Ventures ONSITE (www.venturesonsite.com), a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based

platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed,

on-going and future construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records by

inputting data into our systems with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input data into internal databases and systems from various source documents.
• Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Generate regular reports and assist with basic data analysis for management.
• Strictly adhere to company confidentiality and data protection policies.

Requirements:

• Location: Ability to work full-time from our office in Egypt.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and correct data errors.
• Language: Fluency in English & Arabic
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an administrative field.
