Responsibilities
  • The main purpose of the Data Entry Clerk is to maintain the database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Establish entry priorities for quick and accurate completion.
  • Update spreadsheets and populate reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership.
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Combine data from multiple systems when information is incomplete to eliminate possible duplication.
  • Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output.
  • Secure information by regularly completing database backups as a contingency plan.
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • A robust collaborator and team player.
  • Delivery-oriented attitude.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
