Duties
- Input, update, and maintain data within databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Perform accurate data entry and transcription tasks with high attention to detail
- Manage order entry and data collection processes efficiently
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval
- Utilize pivot tables and other Excel tools for data analysis and reporting
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and basic math calculations
- Support administrative functions including office organization and data verification
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing entries for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or office administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and order entry processes
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
- Office experience demonstrating familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy
- Prior experience with transcription or data collection is a plus
