What you'll be doing...

As a Data Maintenance Clerk for the pension service department, you will:

  • Review reports to determine when follow up is required
  • Prepare and mail certified follow up letters to potential benefit beneficiaries
  • Assign claims to processors upon receipt of application
  • Receive returned mail and research for new address

  • Organized. Ability to prioritize workloads and maintain follow-up procedures
  • Communicator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence
  • Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
  • Technically Savvy. Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word
