Data Entry Clerk

We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in order to support our mission of delivering quality programs and services that address the needs of our senior citizens. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, managing data efficiently, and ensuring that our community programs operate smoothly. This position is vital in assisting our staff, volunteers, instructors, and facilitators, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional services to our members. Responsibilities
  • Input and update data into the center's database accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records for all programs and activities.
  • Assist in generating monthly reports based on data collected.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth data management processes that support programs.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data entries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
