Data Entry / KPO Officer (Sales & Distribution)

About the Role

We are a growing Sales & Distribution company seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Entry / KPO Officer to manage and optimize our sales operations data. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Salesflo and a strong understanding of distribution workflows, reporting, and sales tracking.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth coordination between sales teams and management, and maintaining clean, reliable data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily sales data entry and validation in Salesflo
• Managing distributor and outlet data records
• Generating sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Tracking primary & secondary sales performance
• Monitoring sales team KPIs and attendance records
• Reconciling sales data with inventory and stock movement
• Coordinating with sales representatives and supervisors
• Maintaining accurate documentation and database records

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with Salesflo (compulsory)
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• Understanding of Sales & Distribution operations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage large datasets
• Basic communication skills for internal coordination

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
