Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Niles, Ohio. In this contract-to-hire position, you will play a key role in transferring and maintaining accurate data within our systems while ensuring its integrity. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and transfer data from legacy systems to updated platforms.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies during the data transfer process.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to address data-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
• Organize and update records to ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with administrative duties related to data management as needed.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong typing skills and familiarity with numeric data entry.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving discrepancies.
