Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Westlake, Ohio. This role requires advanced proficiency in Excel and focuses on analyzing, linking, and manipulating structured data to support budget-related processes. Responsibilities:
• Use advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and lookups, to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Link and manipulate data across multiple sheets and workbooks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain detailed budget schedules, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Support budgeting efforts by providing accurate data insights and analysis.
• Identify and resolve issues related to structured data formatting or linking.
• Perform numeric data entry with precision and speed.
• Create and maintain documentation for data management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols during all data-related tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and linking data across sheets and workbooks.
• Experience in organizing and maintaining complex budget schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
• Proven ability to work with structured data and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Skill in numeric data entry and typing with high levels of precision.
• Familiarity with analyzing and manipulating existing data rather than basic data entry.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Previous experience in a data-focused role is preferred.
