Data Entry Clerk

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Entry Clerk to join our bail bond office team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate recordkeeping, assisting clients, and supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update client information accurately into internal systems
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with processing bail bond applications and related paperwork
  • Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English, in person and over the phone
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data systems, typing proficiency)
  • iOS proficient
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
