Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks.
  • Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable.
  • Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems, directing calls professionally, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and formatting before submission or filing.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly via phone or email while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and professionalism.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data entry tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and calendar management.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, customer service protocols, and administrative support functions.
  • Prior clerical or office experience is preferred; experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining quality work output.
