Position Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records that support the Foundation’s programs, fundraising efforts, and operational activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage data efficiently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems with high accuracy
• Verify data for completeness and correct discrepancies as needed
• Organize and manage electronic and paper records related to donors, grants, and program participants
• Assist with data reporting, including generating lists and basic reports
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including donor and financial data
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure data integrity
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document preparation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and time management skills

Work Environment:

This role may be performed in an office or remote setting, depending on organizational needs.

Pay: $19.92 - $23.60 per hour
